The Arts Upstairs promotes the arts in a setting of mutual respect and open communication with all members of the community. We encourage and welcome participation from people of all ages, points of view, and walks of life.

Our next step is to become a non-profit organization in the near future. Look for more events, classes and performances, including a weekly figure drawing worlshop, and first friday open mike.

 

All artists are invited to exhibit their work depending on space availability.

There is no Judge or jury.

The gallery collects a 35% commission on works sold and charges a hang fee based on size of work. Up to 24" is $10  24" to 36" is $15  Over 36" is $20

Volunteer to gallery sit and help with hanging shows and openings in exchange for free hanging privileges and reduced commission.
